Utility Company Zakład Usług Komunalnych in Warka Sp. z o.o.

The utility company manages and operates the technical infrastructure of the Town and region. It was registered in 2010 and has partnered with the Warka Municipality. The Company has been divided into 8 departments:

●        the Heat Power Department,

●        the Water Supply and Sewage System Department,

●        the Town Cleaning Services Department,

●        the Car Repair and Service Department,

●        the Repair and Maintenance Department,

●        the Sewage Treatment Plant Department,

●        the Development and Investment Department,

●        the Customer Care Department.

In Warka and its environs, the Company manages 19 venues, which include the town market, waste sorting plant, gas station, water treatment stations in Warka and its vicinity (Pilica, Gośniewice, Dębnowola, Piaseczno, Bończa), gas boiler houses, sewage treatment plants, and a logistic base.

Additionally, the company made a number of investments from 2012 through 2019, which included reconstructing and modernizing the water supply and sewage systems of many streets in the Town and region, reconstructing boiler houses and the heating system in Warka’s housing estates, enlarging the sewage treatment plant and sewage system in Konary, and renovating the paving at the market square.

The Company’s seat is located at 4 Farna Street in Warka.
