Many of the title-holders are airmen, who served their country and the Town, mostly in the 1st<\/sup> Air Fighter “Warsaw” Regiment. During the War, a member of the Home Army, noms-de-guerre “Jawor” (English: sycamore) and “Wrzos” (English: heather). After 1945, a member of the Warka Town Council and the National Council in the District of Gr\u00f3jec (Powiatowa Rada Narodowa w Gr\u00f3jcu). Principal of the 2nd<\/sup> Public Elementary School in Warka in the years 1938-1945 and 1949-1966. He worked as an assistant inspector and later inspector of education in Gr\u00f3jec in the years 1945-1949. In the years 1998-2002, Kulawik was a member of the Warka Town Council.
