Magical Dziekanka Water

At the foot of St. Nicholas church in Warka stood a legendary well called Dziekanka. Reputedly, the secret behind the excellent quality of Warka’s beer lied in the well water.

Much like in the case of the wishing well, visitors who tried the Dziekanka well water would always come back to the town.

But there is more! A bride who would give her loved one a glass of Dziekanka water would supposedly tie the knot sooner rather than later.
